The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field with significant experience in process engineering and materials science. A strong background in semiconductor processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience; or a PhD with 3+ years’ experience.
• Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and surface preparation.
• Experience working in collaborative environments.

Responsabilités

• Conduct process engineering development and evaluation.
• Review and enhance processing techniques.
• Develop processes to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Compile and analyze test data for process development.
• Collaborate on customer demos for existing applications.
• Partner with customers to understand requirements.
• Support product development and release activities.
• Provide guidance to process technicians.
