Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Senior Engineer in Process Engineering to join their Global R&D Process Engineering Program. This role focuses on developing semiconductor technologies and includes training in Belgium before relocating permanently to Japan, Korea, or the US.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD and relevant experience in semiconductor processing and materials characterization techniques, alongside strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 0–7+ years of combined education, research, and work experience with cure, oxidation, ALD, CVD, Epitaxy, PECVD, or other thin film deposition.
• Experience with materials characterization techniques such as XPS, SIMS, RBS, AFM, XRR, XRD, TEM, SEM.
• Knowledge of electrical characterization techniques for CMOS devices.

Responsabilités

• Develop next-generation semiconductor technologies.
• Conduct experiments measuring and interpreting outputs using DOE and RSM.
• Participate in technical problem-solving sessions.
