Astek is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to act as an external consultant in Belgium. The role focuses on strengthening the quality management system and optimizing IMP production workflows at two sites (Alleur & St Pieters Leeuw). The position is onsite with a 50/50 site attendance, initially no remote option.

You will design end-to-end processes, map workflows, and ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards while coordinating with management and project teams.

Qualifications

• Senior Consultant with 5–8+ years in production area design (IMP, Pharma).
• Experience in regulated GMP environments and ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Strong communication in French and Dutch; English is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Analyze flows across IMP production sites and map workflows.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; propose end-to-end optimized processes.
• Define implementation roadmaps and KPIs (lead time, quality).
• Draft layout, zoning, and flow separation for reorganized areas.
• Collaborate with Management and Project Manager; report progress.
