Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or related fields.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, company owners, executives, and wealthy families.
• Provide strategic advice on investments, wealth structuring, and financial planning.
• Identify opportunities across investment management, lending, succession planning, and broader wealth solutions.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver tailored and integrated client solutions.
• Maintain and expand a strong network of external professional contacts and intermediaries.
• Monitor market developments and translate insights into relevant investment recommendations.
• Support clients through key personal, entrepreneurial, and wealth-related milestones.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, or Financial Planning.
• Proven track record in acquiring, developing, and managing relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, financial markets, wealth planning, and succession planning.
• Experience advising entrepreneurs, business owners, family-owned companies, and wealthy families.
• Solid understanding of MiFID, KYC, AML, and private banking regulatory frameworks.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, results-oriented, and highly credible in front of senior decision-makers.
