Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Senior Principal Scientist, Biostatistics to join the Statistics & Decision Sciences group in Beerse, Belgium. You will lead innovative statistical methods across development programs and partner with clinical teams to drive data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with external CROs, engage with Health Authorities, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing across the R&D organization, advancing model-based drug development

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics or related field or Master’s with commensurate experience.
• Proficient in SAS and R programming; other computing tools as listed.
• Excellent English communication and biostatistics expertise in clinical trials.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support broad implementation of innovative statistical approaches across development portfolios.
• Collaborate with external consultants and CROs to implement innovative methods and designs.
• Engage with Health Authorities and internal teams to discuss designs and analyses.
