ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Power BI / Business Analyst (m/f) to join client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.

You will combine business analysis and reporting expertise, working with stakeholders to translate requirements into Power BI solutions, dashboards, and KPI definitions, with a strong focus on data quality and collaboration across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, particularly within data and reporting projects.
• Hands-on Power BI experience, dashboard and report development.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and data modelling.
• Experience gathering and translating requirements into reporting solutions.
• Experience with KPIs and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

In this role, you will combine business analysis and reporting expertise, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI.

THE WORK:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Define and document KPIs, reporting logic, and data requirements together with business stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and support data quality activities.
• Support testing and user acceptance of reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business, data, and IT teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, particularly within data and reporting projects.

• Experience working with KPIs and data visualization.
