Collibra's Platform Infrastructure Engineering team builds and operates the cloud foundation for all Collibra services. In this role you’ll evolve multi-cloud Kubernetes, Terraform/Helm, and Go-based controllers, advancing automation and GitOps for efficiency and resilience.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll contribute to architecture, support production workloads across AWS and GCP, and collaborate with product engineering, security and SRE to drive secure, scalable platforms and continuous

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, or software engineering with a CS degree or equivalent.
• Experience designing, building, and managing production services on Kubernetes with GitOps/IaC at scale.
• Experience managing production workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure and running containerized services in production.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Golang for controllers and automation; strong automation mindset.
• Preferred: CKA/CKAD, Istio, observability tools, and AI tooling usage.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to platform architecture using GitOps, IaC and Kubernetes.
• Develop and operate shared data platform services (Go operators, Kafka, Neo4j) for scalable data capabilities.
• Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with product engineering, security and SRE to drive secure, compliant, and resilient architectures across AWS and GCP.
• Continue to stay current with platform trends and automation opportunities.
