Collibra seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Platform Infrastructure Engineering team, shaping the cloud foundation and Kubernetes operations. You will advance our multi-cloud, IaC (Terraform/Helm) and Go-based controllers, driving automation and resilience across services.

Collaborate with product engineering, security, and SRE to elevate operational excellence, participate in on-call rotations, and continuously improve platform tooling and security practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, or software engineering with a related degree.
• Experience designing, building, and managing production services using Kubernetes and GitOps/IaC.
• Experience with major clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) and production workloads.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Golang for controllers/automation.
• CKA/CKAD, Istio, ArgoCD, networks, Linux, monitoring/observability tools preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to platform architecture with GitOps, IaC and Kubernetes.
• Develop and operate shared data platform services (Go operators, Kafka, Neo4j).
• Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot issues, implement security best practices, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with product engineering, security, and SRE to ensure secure, resilient architectures across AWS and GCP.
• Stay current with platform engineering trends and infrastructure automation, identifying improvements.
