CrewPlanner is seeking a Medior–Senior PHP Fullstack Developer to strengthen and stabilize our live, growing product. You will take ownership of platform stability within a complex Laravel codebase and help improve long-term code quality.

You will work on a mature SaaS platform, collaborating with a small, focused team led by an experienced Lead Developer in a hybrid Antwerp office setup. English and Dutch are required, with ongoing opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Laravel-based applications.
• Strong PHP background and systems knowledge.
• Ability to stabilize and improve a growing product.

Responsabilités

• Ensure stability and reliability of the platform.
• Identify recurring issues and solve them structurally.
• Analyze and improve a large existing codebase.
• Lead refactoring to improve maintainability.
• Monitor and update dependencies and technical debt.
• Debug complex issues and improve observability.
