Capgemini Engineering seeks a Senior PAS‑X Modeller to lead on-site design and configuration of PAS‑X for GMP-compliant electronic batch records and manufacturing workflows in life sciences. You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, automation, ERP, validation, and MES teams to deliver scalable PAS‑X designs.

The role is hands-on, requiring mentoring of other modellers, ensuring traceability, and maintaining documentation on design decisions and change history in a fast-paced project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Körber PAS-X recipe authoring and modelling.
• Deep understanding of gMBRs, MBRs, ESPs, batch execution processes, material flows, BOM logic, equipment modelling, process parameters, and quality controls.
• Experience in GMP-regulated life sciences manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design and configuration of PAS‑X for electronic batch records and manufacturing workflows.
• Drive and support design reviews, prototype reviews, and dry runs with business and technical stakeholders.
• Configure and validate PAS‑X elements: steps, sequencing, parameters, calculations, material flows, equipment status, data collection, and reusable components.
• Review source documentation to identify gaps, risks, and issues affecting modelling quality and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other modellers and contribute to modelling standards.
