Capgemini Engineering seeks a Senior PAS-X Modeller to lead on-site design and configuration of electronic batch records and manufacturing workflows in Körber PAS-X for a major life sciences transformation program. You will mentor other modellers, drive reviews, and ensure GMP-compliant, traceable MES configurations.

The role emphasizes hands-on PAS-X modelling, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering robust MES solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a strong on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Körber PAS-X recipe authoring and modelling in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of gMBRs, MBRs, ESPs, batch execution, material flow and BOM logic.
• Experience delivering electronic batch record solutions in GMP environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design and configuration of gMBRs, MBRs, ESPs in Körber PAS-X.
• Drive design reviews, prototype reviews, dry runs with stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, automation, ERP, validation, MES.
• Configure and validate PAS-X elements including steps, sequencing, parameters, material flows, equipment references and logic.
• Review source documents to identify gaps or risks impacting modelling quality and timelines; perform technical dry runs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other modellers and contribute to modelling standards.
• Maintain documentation of design decisions, assumptions, open items and change history for auditability.
