Capgemini Engineering seeks a PAS-X SPOC & Project Manager to lead on-site delivery for a major MES transformation in life sciences. The role combines hands-on PAS-X technical leadership with project and engagement management across on-site and offshore teams through the full lifecycle.

You will guide modelling decisions, ensure quality, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, ERP, validation and MES stakeholders to align business requirements with technical execution in a GMP-regulated

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Körber PAS-X in recipe authoring, modelling and MES delivery.
• Proven track record leading PAS-X modelling or delivery teams in GMP-regulated environments.
• Solid GMP, data integrity, and validation knowledge for life sciences manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; Dutch knowledge is preferred.
• Strong governance, quality oversight and risk management capabilities.
• Experience with ERP, LIMS, automation interfaces in large-scale MES deployments.

Responsabilités

• Act as single point of contact for PAS-X delivery across on-site and offshore teams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for PAS-X modelling activities and ensure design alignment with standards.
• Lead peer reviews, readiness assessments, and mitigate technical blockers.
• Coordinate senior/modeller teams to ensure clear ownership and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, automation, ERP, validation and MES stakeholders to align business requirements with execution.
