Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg seeks a Senior Paralegal to support the paralegal department in a top-tier environment. You will handle diverse files alongside lawyers and benefit from the firm’s training center.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a law firm, investment firm, or corporate service provider.
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
Excellent organization, rigor and deadline awareness.
Proactive, eager to learn with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day requests on preparation and submission of legal documentation for funds or companies under supervision.
Draft standard legal documents and maintain logs.
Coordinate with clients, notaries, lawyers and authorities (CSSF).
Attend board/General meetings and take minutes.
Maintain statutory registers.
Opportunity for secondment with a client.
