Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Operational Excellence, Lean and CI in an industrial setting.
• Proven track record leading Kaizen events and improvement projects.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into process improvements using Lean tools.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to improve operational flows and organization structures.
• Lead and implement Lean/CI initiatives including automation projects.
• Manage KPIs, monitor savings, and ensure sustainable improvements.
• Guide adoption of new standards, working methods and processes.
• Act as link between operations, improvement, and automation teams.
• Drive change management to embed improvements across departments.
