Amaris Consulting is seeking a .NET Technical Lead to join our Brussels team on a permanent basis. You will own key software projects, guide development teams, and shape technical solutions to deliver high-quality, scalable applications for clients.

You have 7+ years in software development, 2+ years in leadership, and deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and Azure. Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC with Terraform are a plus, with on-site work in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Blazor.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps).
• Comfortable in Agile environments with leading technical ceremonies.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch a plus.
• On-site in Brussels.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of developers in design, development, and delivery of .NET-based solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices for code quality and performance.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
• Design and maintain robust, scalable applications using C# and .NET ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in scalability and performance.
• Lead DevOps initiatives around cloud infrastructure (Azure) and Terraform.
