TiTANS België is seeking a senior developer to own the design and delivery of high-quality software in the Transport Execution Management domain. You will translate business ideas with designers and stakeholders into reliable applications, taking full ownership while collaborating with the team.

Expect on-site work up to 20 days at the YPTO office, strong focus on SOLID code, cloud deployments, and robust testing.

We are looking for a senior developer who will take ownership of designing and building high-quality, well-tested software solutions within the Transport Execution Management domain. You will work closely with the solution designer and business stakeholders to translate ideas into effective, reliable applications, gaining a deep understanding of the business context along the way.

Beyond strong technical expertise, we are looking for someone who shows initiative, communicates clearly, contributes actively to the team, and is willing to go the extra mile when needed. Conformity Criteria

• .NET development: Over 10 years of experience
• Azure Cloud development: Over 5 years of experience
• .NET Core Web API development: Over 5 years of experience
• .Net for android (Xamarin): Over 5 years of experience
• Blazor: At least 2 year of experience
• Professional expertise in unit testing
• On-site presence: Up to 20 business days on site at the YPTO office during the assignment. The required on-site presence will be determined by the organization based on business needs.

Evaluation Criteria

The extent to which the proposal demonstrates the required competencies and complies with the stated requirements will be taken into account during the evaluation. Proposals that demonstrate these competencies and requirements more clearly, comprehensively, and convincingly will receive a higher score. Where specific experience is requested, a greater amount of demonstrable relevant experience will result in a higher evaluation score.

• .NET development – demonstrates deep mastery of the .NET ecosystem: language features, LINQ, async/await, security practices, and selecting appropriate data structures and patterns.
• Android – Working experience developing complex native .NET for android / Xamarin applications. Deep mastery of the android lifecycle, native binding.
• Code quality & craftsmanship – writes clean, maintainable, and SOLID code that follows best practices.
• Azure cloud – leverages Azure services, PaaS components, and event-driven patterns effectively.
• Unit testing & test quality – creates meaningful, maintainable, and automated unit tests.
• CI/CD & DevOps practices – sets up robust Azure DevOps pipelines and manages containerized deployments with Kubernetes & Docker.
• SQL & database design – models, queries, and optimizes relational databases.
• Git & version control – applies branching strategies and collaborates efficiently using Git.
• Collaboration & communication – proven ability to explain technical choices clearly, work constructively in a team, and retain a professional posture in stressful situations or environments.
