TALEO Consulting Group in Brussels is seeking a senior .NET Architect to technically lead a portfolio of complex applications, including Blazor front-ends and microservices. You will drive architecture decisions and collaborate with product owners.

The role emphasizes coaching experienced developers, guiding agile SCRUM teams, and coordinating cross-domain delivery. Expect hybrid work with two days on site and three remote, and a strong focus on modernizing to .NET 10 and Kubernetes.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a .NET Architect.
• Experience with Blazor front-end and microservices.
• Strong architectural and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience in Scrum teams and agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of complex applications across domains (Blazor front-end).
• Support architecture design and challenge technical choices with leads and product owners.
• Migrate and modernise services to .NET 10 with Kubernetes within 2 years.
• Coach and coordinate multiple full-stack .NET teams in Scrum.
• Define target architecture vision and run collaborative sessions with developers and architects.
