Hive-X is looking for an experienced Application Architect/Senior .NET Developer to enhance the internally developed e-desk for the Department of Care in Belgium. The role involves developing high-level designs, supporting developers, and ensuring software quality. Candidates should have extensive full-stack .NET experience, knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps, along with skills in React/Angular and SQL. The position demands native-level Dutch. The initial contract runs until the end of 2026 with a full-time deployment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a full-stack .NET developer.
• Strong technical background in application architecture and modernization processes.
• At least 7 years of experience as a full-stack .NET developer.
• Demonstrable experience with ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Experience with React and/or Angular.
• Experience with technical application migrations and modernization processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Experience with communication platforms and integrations (SOAP and REST).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Experience with security and secure application development.
• Experience with basic services of the eHealth platform.
• Experience with e-counter applications within a government context.

Responsabilités

• Develop the high-level technical design of the application and/or infrastructure.
• Draft the low-level technical design and technical guidelines for developers.
• Support developers with complex technical implementations.
• Monitor the quality, maintainability and performance of the software.
• Participate in modernization and migration processes of existing applications.
