Optiwisers is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern applications in a public sector context. You will work within large-scale digital transformation teams, delivering backend services with Java/Spring Boot and frontend work with Angular/TypeScript.

The role emphasizes collaboration in Agile teams, CI/CD practices, and thorough documentation. Proficiency in English and either French or Dutch is required, with a contract through the end of 2026.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full stack applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Build and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop frontend applications with Angular and TypeScript.
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.
• Produce clear and structured technical documentation.
• Fluent French or Dutch with good English communication.
