Faktion | AI Solutions & Advisory in Belgium seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of AI solutions for enterprises, implement existing models, and help design custom models that boost efficiency and profitability.

You will mentor junior ML engineers, lead technical projects and client workshops, work with Python in production-ready pipelines on the Cloud, explore new ML research, and support the sales team in qualifying exciting new engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or Scala.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and scalable ML deployments.

Responsabilités

• In your senior role, you assume the position of tech lead on projects, guiding junior colleagues through both technical and client-related aspects.
• Translate customer business needs into comprehensive technical solutions.
• Build production-ready ML pipelines and models in the Cloud using Python.
• Investigate and evaluate new ML research and integrate innovative tools and frameworks.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of projects managed by your team.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and conduct client workshops.
