Faktion | AI Solutions & Advisory in Antwerp seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead and build enterprise‑grade AI enabled applications. You will mentor a team, define the technical roadmap, and deliver scalable, secure solutions using TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, and NestJS.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full‑stack development, strong cloud (Azure/AWS), modern CSS/Tailwind, CI/CD, and a passion for quality, performance, and collaboration across AI/ML teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack development with leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in TS/React/Node.js and modern front-end/back-end patterns.
• Experience with GraphQL, REST, and API design; cloud familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams, PMs, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap; delegate tasks across the SDLC.
• Oversee development of web apps using TypeScript, React, Node.js; ensure best practices.
