Nouvall Engineering Services BV seeks a Mechanical Superintendent for our Antwerp project. You will coordinate with discipline supervisors to ensure on-time execution and manage interferences, while guiding modifications and R.W.E processes with the Construction Manager and Subcontractor teams.

You will support the creation of punch lists, ensure ITP-compliant inspections, and collaborate with QC to close out outstanding works, maintaining safety and quality across the site.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in management of construction site.

Responsabilités

• Maintain coordination with other discipline supervisors/superintendent working in the area to coordinate all the activities and manage related interferences.
• Ensure that all assigned activities are carried out on time and refer to Construction Manager for corrective actions to meet the schedule.
• Prepare and fill the Request of Work Execution (R.W.E.) form for extra work or field modification for approval before execution.
• Support Subcontractors by issuing Construction and Final Punch Lists and tracking completion of outstanding works.
• Ensure inspections are called timely and in accordance with the project ITP and assist QC Inspector as needed.
• Identify possible non-conformities and suggest corrective actions per the QA System.
