• A degree in engineering or related field, with substantial experience in Process / Mechanical commissioning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• A client-oriented approach is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive pre-commissioning plans and procedures for process/mechanical systems, outlining objectives and schedules.
• Supervise vendors and subcontractors' testing of systems, including instrumentation, interlocks, and safety devices.
• Create and review commissioning test procedures (CTPs) ensuring compliance with contract and standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during pre-commissioning and commissioning, coordinating with site disciplines.
• Prepare or review detailed pre-commissioning reports and maintain records of tests and inspections.
• Collaborate with Commissioning Manager, subcontractors, vendors and engineers for effective task execution.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and safe work practices.
