bpost seeks a Senior MarCom Manager to translate customer and business needs into impactful marketing communications across channels and markets. You will shape and deliver integrated campaigns that strengthen the brand and drive commercial growth.

You will lead a team of MarCom experts, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and develop a scalable communication roadmap. Fluency in English is required; Dutch/French assets are a plus; remote work and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing communication, project delivery or related roles.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and business strategy into communication solutions.
• Experience in developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel communication initiatives.
• Solid project management and coordination skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to build and assess business cases.
• Hands-on, structured and solution-oriented.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and French is a strong asset

• Lead end-to-end delivery of communication initiatives, from concept to execution.
