Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Beerse, Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director for Parenterals & Liquids Development (PLD) within Drug Product Research & Development. Lead formulation and process development for diverse platforms and drive cross-functional programs.

You will mentor scientists, coordinate technology transfers, and ensure GMP/compliance while delivering regulatory submissions and strategy. Be part of an international, dynamic team advancing medicine.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's with relevant experience in pharmaceutical sciences.
• Minimum 10 years developing drug products in pharma.
• Deep expertise in parenterals and liquids formulation and process development.
• Experience across preclinical, clinical, scale-up and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Advance formulation and process development for small molecules, peptides and oligonucleotides.
• Run technology transfers and deliver regulatory submissions.
• Guide several programs to align with CMC objectives and timelines.
• Plan resources, set priorities, and mentor the PLD team.
