3D-ICT is seeking a Senior SharePoint Engineer to lead design, development and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions with emphasis on SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview and SharePoint Premium.

You will translate business requirements into scalable SharePoint architectures, implement automated workflows and document governance, and drive migrations to Microsoft 365 in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Senior SharePoint Designer with recent experience (1–3 years).
• BPMN level Advanced.
• Complex document management migrations (expert).
• Document/Archive management concepts (Retention, Ingestion).
• Electronic signature (Advanced).
• M365 SharePoint (Expert).
• Microsoft 365 Platform expertise (Teams, OneDrive, Purview, EntraID).
• MS PowerPlatform (Power Automate, Power Apps) (Expert).
• GDPR, ISO27001, NIS2 in regulated document management (Expert).
• OCR, content processing and metadata enrichment in SharePoint.
• PnP provisioning & scripting (Expert).
• PRINCE2 (Advanced).
• Project management (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) (Advanced).
• REST API & Graph API & OData (Expert).
• Test management (Intermediate).

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the target SharePoint architecture per enterprise standards and governance.
• Design and deploy document architectures for large volumes, integrating SharePoint with other technologies.
• Define, review and implement metadata models, taxonomies, content types and classification rules.
• Implement document governance, records management, archiving and retention strategies.
• Design and deploy automated workflows with Power Automate and Microsoft 365 services.
• Prepare and supervise migrations to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Implement OCR to extract content from documents, images and digitized forms.
• Leverage SharePoint Premium for automated classification, metadata extraction and enrichment.
• Design intelligent document processing models to identify, classify and extract key information.
• Automate document processes to reduce manual intervention.
• Apply security, compliance and confidentiality requirements to digital content.
• Contribute to governance policies for Microsoft 365 and Purview.
• Ensure quality, consistency and maintainability of solutions.
• Support users in adopting best practices for document management and collaboration.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI and Information Management.
