Atos in Brussels seeks an Operations Manager to lead the on-premise Linux server estate, VMware-based virtualization, storage and network elements. These services run 24/7 and downtime has real consequences.

You will own day-to-day operations, ITSM in ServiceNow, and the move to AVS/EVS cloud platforms, while keeping the current estate stable. This hands-on role requires meticulous, process-driven leadership during migration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure operations or equivalent.
• Experience leading 24/7 mission-critical environments.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end availability, performance and security of on-premise Linux and network infrastructure.
• Lead incident, change and configuration management with ITSM discipline in ServiceNow.
• Drive the migration from on-premises to cloud VMware platforms (AVS/EVS) while maintaining stability.
• Provide leadership to Linux and network engineers; set runbooks and standards.
• Report KPIs and manage risk during the transition.
