A leading investment firm in Brussels is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support the Legal department, implement regulatory projects, and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate will have a Belgian Master in Law and at least 6 years of experience in asset management laws or banking. Fluency in French and English is required, with a passive knowledge of Dutch preferred. The firm offers a dynamic work environment and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as a lawyer familiar with asset management laws.
• Experience in the banking & finance industry is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a small team.

Responsabilités

• Support the Head of Legal in managing the Legal department.
• Implement regulatory projects in the field of asset management.
• Review and negotiate contracts with service providers and clients.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities.
