Job summary

WiiGroup is seeking Planning Professionals at all levels near Antwerp to join our growing team. You will develop, maintain, and monitor project programmes for major mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and advanced technology projects.

Holders of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project experience will thrive, applying critical path analysis and schedule optimisation while coordinating with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure milestones are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within the construction industry.
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, infrastructure, or large commercial project experience is highly desirable.
• Experience developing and maintaining construction programmes using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling methodologies, and project delivery processes.
• Experience monitoring project progress and reporting against key programme milestones.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project delivery teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities.
• Experience producing progress reports, programme updates, and look-ahead schedules.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams and live construction environments.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, PM, QS, or related discipline is advantageous.
• Professional accreditation such as APM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is beneficial.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress against approved baseline programmes and key milestones.
• Produce weekly and monthly programme updates, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify programme risks, delays, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Support project teams with recovery planning and schedule mitigation measures where required.
• Review subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with overall project milestones and deliverables.
• Attend progress meetings and liaise with project stakeholders to gather and validate programme updates.
• Maintain accurate programme records, schedule documentation, and change logs.
• Support extension of time assessments and schedule impact analysis where applicable.
• Assist project controls and management teams in achieving programme objectives and project milestones.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting standards, and project controls procedures.
