Inetum Belgium is seeking a Medior - Senior Java Developer to join our backend team and contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects. You will design, develop and maintain enterprise Java applications, collaborating with architects, analysts and stakeholders to deliver value.

You will work with Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), while embracing modern software engineering practices and continuous learning.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Development, with emphasis on backend and/or full stack development.
• Proven experience designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and improve enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
• Contribute to microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and development teams on complex cross-project initiatives.
• Participate actively in Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvements and software optimization.
• Take ownership of software quality through unit testing, integration testing and code reviews.

• Support and coach junior developers when needed.
• Contribute to development standards, best practices and technical documentation.
