CMB.TECH in Antwerpen is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to lead advanced technical support, system administration, and MS365 optimization across the office IT environment. You will mentor junior staff and act as SME in multiple IT domains, delivering training and user support.

The role emphasizes project leadership, security and compliance, and hands-on management of MS Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint, with occasional travel to other offices and after-hours

Qualifications

• Formal IT education with a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of IT experience with MS 365 environments and complex infrastructures.
• Proficient in English and Dutch is a plus; strong communication skills.
• Hands-on with MS 365 apps, Entra ID, Intune and security controls.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple complex projects.

Responsabilités

• MS 365 administration: oversee deployment and management (Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Hardware management and advanced user device troubleshooting.
• Implement security policies and compliance within Entra ID.
• Mentor IT staff and lead complex IT projects from planning to delivery.
• Provide training to staff and users on new technologies and systems.
• Documentation of IT systems and procedures; manage upgrades and migrations.
