Recruit Bridge is seeking a Senior M365 Consultant located in Zele, Belgium. In this role, you will help clients balance security and productivity through advanced Microsoft 365 solutions, while delivering workshops and improving managed services.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience with Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (MECM), and other technologies, alongside excellent language skills in Dutch and English. Comprehensive benefits include a competitive remuneration package and professional development opportunities.

Overview

Being a M365 Consultant is all about helping our customers strike the right balance between security and productivity, using co‑management and modern management techniques.

As a senior consultant on the endpoint management team, you will work on complex and challenging projects for customers of varying sizes, locations and verticals, while delivering workshops, driving customer success, and continuously improving our managed services.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex and challenging projects for customers of different sizes, locations and verticals.
• Deliver workshops and drive customer success engagements.
• Assist in continuously improving managed service offerings.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 solutions with security in mind.
• Provide on‑site and remote consultancy to customers.
• Develop and host workshops on the latest Microsoft solutions, drawing from real‑world implementation experience.
• Share knowledge and experience with other teams.
• Create architecture designs and roadmaps that shape the future of customer goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least three of the following areas:
• Microsoft Intune – configuring new environments, T‑to‑T device migration, transitioning legacy flows to Intune, integrating with Configuration Manager.
• Configuration Manager (MECM) – troubleshooting infrastructure, designing and implementing green‑field environments.
• PowerShell – automating Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and security tasks.
• iOS & Android device management – MAM vs MAM‑WE, enrollment scenarios, macOS management.
• Apple ecosystem – awareness of naming conventions, use of plist or mobileconfig files.
• Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Firmware management (Dell, HP, etc.)
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Language skills: native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (both verbal and written). French or other languages are a bonus.
