Daikin Europe seeks an Information Security professional to lead the ISMS implementation and drive continuous improvement across the EMEA region. You will architect security programs, align with global policies, and coordinate cross-functional security projects to strengthen governance and compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years in information security, and experience in multinational or regulated settings. A flexible hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years in information security, preferably in multinational or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ISMS frameworks (ISO27001), risk management, and compliance standards (NIS2, GDPR).
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management; ability to work across departments and geographies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
• Define the processes and controls to verify compliance with policies and document gaps that get remediated.
• Architect information security at Daikin EMEA.
• Coordinate and contribute to security-related projects and roadmaps.
• Serve as primary security liaison for specific business domains or sites ensuring local compliance with global security policies.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external audits and contribute to certification readiness (ISO27001).
• Participate in the development of security governance.
• Provide security knowledge coaching and guidance to junior specialists and other stakeholders by following latest trends in information security.

• Lead and support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
• Define the processes and controls to verify that we stay compliant with our own policies and that gaps, deviations are properly documented and get remediated
• Architecting Information Security at Daikin EMEA.
• Coordinate and contribute to security-related projects & roadmap.
• Serve as the primary security liaison for specific business domains or sites, ensuring local compliance with global security policies.
• Serve as prime contact for internal and external audits, and contribute to certification readiness (e.g., ISO27001).
• Actively participate in the development of security governance.
• Provide (Security knowledge) coaching and guidance to junior Information Security Specialists and other stakeholders on security best practices by following latest trends in Information Security.

Required Qualifications

• Proven relevant experience of which 5 years in information security, preferably in a multinational or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of ISMS frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and geographies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus.
