Daikin Europe is seeking an experienced Information Security Lead to drive the ISMS across the EMEA region. You will lead the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of our information security management system, define controls, and ensure alignment with Daikin policies and global standards.

You will coordinate security projects, act as primary liaison for audits, support certification readiness (ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR), provide coaching, and guide junior specialists.

Qualifications

• 5 years of information security experience; preferably in a multinational or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of ISMS frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.
• Ability to work independently and across departments/geographies.

Responsabilités

• Define processes and controls to verify policy compliance and remediate gaps/deviations.
• Architect information security for Daikin EMEA and coordinate security projects & roadmap.
• Serve as primary security liaison for specific domains/sites and ensure local compliance with global policies.
• Act as prime contact for audits and contribute to ISO27001 certification readiness.
• Develop security governance and provide coaching to junior specialists with current security trends.

• Lead and support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
• Define the processes and controls to verify that we stay compliant with our own policies and that gaps, deviations are properly documented and get remediated
• Architecting Information Security at Daikin EMEA.
• Coordinate and contribute to security-related projects & roadmap.
• Serve as the primary security liaison for specific business domains or sites, ensuring local compliance with global security policies.
• Serve as prime contact for internal and external audits, and contribute to certification readiness (e.g., ISO27001).
• Actively participate in the development of security governance.
• Provide (Security knowledge) coaching and guidance to junior Information Security Specialists and other stakeholders on security best practices by following latest trends in Information Security.

Required Qualifications

• Proven relevant experience of which 5 years in information security, preferably in a multinational or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of ISMS frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and geographies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus.
