Materialise is seeking an IT Security Engineer to own our network and security infrastructure and drive secure design across global environments. You will work with IT infrastructure, application and development teams to deliver consistently secure guidance and implement protective measures.

The role emphasizes a Security First approach, leadership in projects, and collaboration with global teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science or information security or equivalent by experience.
5–10 years in a strong security environment with security certifications as an added value.
High level cybersecurity skills (network and infrastructure) and endpoint protection.
Strong leadership with excellent project management skills.
Fluent in English and strong negotiator.

Responsabilités

Provide ownership for Materialise's Network and Security infrastructure.
Guide the implementation of security measures across areas and enforce governance.
Serve as point of contact for security incidents and escalation.
Translate regulatory requirements into actionable implementations.
Design a secure network framework and train junior security engineers.
