Skechers is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Belgium to lead the greenfield European Distribution Center project. You will bridge US-based IT leadership with local Belgian stakeholders, guiding WMS, MHE, and API integrations across DC Operations, IT, and facilities teams.

The role requires 8+ years in IT project management, strong warehouse tech experience, and multilingual communication. On-site presence is four days per week with travel to the US as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 8+ years IT Project Manager experience; 10+ years overall
• Experience in a DC/logistics environment strongly preferred
• Background in warehousing, 3PL, or distribution operations preferred
• PMP, CSM certifications preferred
• Multilingual: English mandatory + French and/or Dutch

Responsabilités

• Champion Skechers IT Project Delivery standards, practices, and tools
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, deployment
• Develop and review project plans, risk and change management, cost tracking
• Monitor milestones, budget, and quality; ensure SOX compliance
• Own and drive the implementation of Manhattan Associates AWM in the Belgium EDC
• Coordinate with DC Operations, Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and vendors
• Report to Global IT PMO leadership and Belgian leadership on risks and status
• Engage and manage vendor relationships and scope changes
