Nexeo Belgium is seeking a Senior IT Helpdesk Officer to provide 1st and 2nd line support across telephony, email, and in-person channels. You will manage IT service requests, assist end users with devices, and coordinate resolutions with service providers in a dynamic multinational environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent experience, have at least 5 years in a similar role, and are fluent in French and English.

• Bachelor/Master’s degree or relevant experience.
• Excellent level of French AND English.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient working knowledge of Active Directory, Mac OS, Office 365, PowerShell, SCCM and Windows 10.
• Attention to detail and good communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st & 2nd line support by telephone, mail or in person.
• Active filtering, handling, coordination and follow-up of IT service requests.
• Provide user assistance including tablets and smartphones via all communication means.
• Identify, track and resolve hardware and software incidents affecting end-users.
• Ensure Workstation Assets Management.
• Be able to master, set up and configure workstations.
• Prepare accurate and timely support documentation where required.
• Active contribution in Workplace related projects.
• Coordinate technical assistance to resolve issues with internal and external service providers.
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure delivery to standards and timescales.
• Advise on workplace and mobile architecture in a broad sense.
• Be a driver in innovation and improvement projects.

Nexeo is currently looking for a Senior IT Helpdesk Officer for one of the leading multinationals in Belgium.

As Senior IT Helpdesk Officer, you will be responsible of the following tasks:

• Provide 1st & 2nd line support by telephone, mail or in person
• Active filtering, handling, coordination and follow-up of IT service requests
• Provide user assistance in a broad sense including tablets, Smartphone’s, ... via all our communication means like phone, mail, IT corner, etc.
• Identify, track, and resolve hardware and software incidents that affect the end-users

Profile

• Bachelor/Master’s degree or relevant experience
• Excellent level of French AND English
• At least 5 years of experience within a similar role
• Proficient working knowledge of Active Directory, Mac OS, Office 365, PowerShell, SCCM and Windows 10
• Attention to detail and a good communication
