YO AI Labs is seeking an Investment Banking Expert for a remote contractor role focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research. You will evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities include company/industry research, target screening, deal analysis, and building Excel models. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Associate or VP in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong Excel financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with company research, target screening, and pitchbooks.
• Ability to explain accounting treatments and transaction sensitivities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
