No AI prior experience required. Responsibilities include target screening, comps analysis, building and reviewing Excel models, preparing pitchbooks, and delivering clear explanations of complex financial concepts with precise detail.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior M&A roles (Senior Associate/VP) with live deal experience.
• Expert in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience creating pitchbooks and client-facing materials.

Investment Banking Expert

Role Type: Contractor

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
