TVH is seeking an Integration Lead to own end‑to‑end integration strategy, architecture, and execution across the transformation program. You will coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, IT, and external vendors to define the roadmap, ensure API and middleware readiness, and deliver robust system interoperability.

You will drive planning, governance, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and risk management while aligning budgets and vendor engagement with program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system integration or IT project management.
• Strong background in integration patterns, API management, and middleware technologies.
• Proven project management skills including budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and vendor selection.
• Ability to mentor, communicate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Define the integration scope and own the overarching integration roadmap and project plans.
• Lead end-to-end integration projects through design, build, and SIT/UAT testing to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain robust reporting on progress, budget consumption, and risks to leadership.
• Coordinate technical teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders for aligned delivery.
• Implement risk mitigation and continuous improvement to ensure system stability.
