Stellar Telecommunications is seeking an Infrastructure & Network Engineer to own the operation, security and observability of our corporate IT infrastructure, including network, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, virtualization hosts, storage, backups, monitoring and identity services.

As the company scales, you will assess the current environment, define improvement plans, implement changes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid, international setting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on infrastructure and network engineering experience.
• Strong command of networking (switching, VLANs, routing, DNS, IPv4/IPv6) and security.
• CCNA certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with firewalls (pfSense or similar) and high‑availability configurations.
• Experience operating NAS/storage and backup/restore solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the operation, security, observability and improvement of Stellar's IT infrastructure.
• Administer network, Wi-Fi, and firewall configurations across sites.
• Maintain virtualization hosts, shared storage and backup systems; ensure recovery procedures.
• Design and operate monitoring with Zabbix, Grafana and Elastic Stack; define dashboards and alerts.
• Provide security assessments, remediation plans and documentation across environments.
