MC Expert is seeking a Senior Solution Designer / Infrastructure Architect for a long-term energy-sector project in Antwerp. The role bridges business needs with technical implementation, requiring extensive ICT solution and infrastructure architecture expertise.

You will design and document technical architectures, guide projects from design to migration, and ensure security and operational standards across data centers, servers, networks, and storage. Hybrid work model offered.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in ICT Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Oracle Exadata.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA infrastructure design.
• In-depth knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Experience with both Linux and Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and architectural methodologies.
• Experience in large organizations with 5,000+ users.
• AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into concrete solution designs.
• Create technical designs for complex enterprise environments.
• Develop infrastructure architectures around servers, networks, data centers, databases, storage, and security.
• Assist in drafting PID within a Prince2 context.
• Guide projects from design phase to implementation and migration.
• Act as the technical point of contact for projects towards internal customers, suppliers, and IT teams.
• Monitor architectural standards, security requirements, and operational service delivery.
• Identify optimizations and improvement initiatives within existing IT services.
• Report on projects and contribute to the management of the project portfolio.
