DHL Express in Diegem is seeking a Senior Information Security Officer to strengthen our information security program and ensure ISTM rollout within Global Aviation IT. You will protect information assets and collaborate with global teams to implement security best practices.

You will perform security compliance assessments, vendor risk reviews, and internal/external audits while driving awareness campaigns across the organization. Strong English skills are required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience implementing, using or auditing ISO Management structures.
• Experience with ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems).
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development and network operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow or configuration management would be a bonus.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Dutch language proficiency a plus.

• Ensure full implementation of the DHL Group ISTM in Global Aviation IT.
• Help protect information assets by guiding technical teams to meet security standards.
• Develop and implement best practices for information security with DHL Group divisions.
• Perform compliance assessments and manage remediation actions.
• Conduct internal audits and close findings.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure finding resolution.
• Plan and perform vendor assessments against information security requirements.
• Manage risk portfolio internally and with vendors.
• Maintain standards and procedures for information security.
• Set up and run information security awareness campaigns.
