DHL Express in Diegem is seeking a Senior Information Security Officer to strengthen our information security program and ensure ISTM rollout within Global Aviation IT. You will protect information assets and collaborate with global teams to implement security best practices.

You will perform security compliance assessments, vendor risk reviews, and internal/external audits while driving awareness campaigns across the organization. Strong English skills are required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience implementing, using or auditing ISO Management structures.
• Experience with ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems).
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development and network operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow or configuration management would be a bonus.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Dutch language proficiency a plus.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Acts as an expert in the field of information security compliance.
• Ensure full implementation of the DHL Group Information Security Target Model (ISTM) in Global Aviation IT.
• Strive to protect DHL information assets by assisting technical teams meet industry standard information security standards.
• Work with DHL Group divisions to develop and implement best practices for information security.
• Perform compliance assessments and evaluate non-compliance and remediation actions.
• Perform internal audits on assets including follow-up and closure of findings.
• Facilitate external audits and ensure finding follow-up and closure.
• Plan and perform vendor assessments against information security requirements, including risk assessment and follow-up and closure of findings
• Manage the risk portfolio internally and/or with vendors.
• Management of standards and procedures for information security.
• Setup and execute information security awareness campaigns.

Do you have what it takes?

• You have 2+ years of experience of implementing, using or auditing International Standards Organization (ISO) Management structures.
• You have 2+ years of experience of implementing and / or auditing ISO Management structures.
• You have experience of working with ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems).
• You have working knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development and network operations.
• You are proficient at using Microsoft Office tools to compile documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• An understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow or configuration management would be a bonus.
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English both verbally and in the written word.
• Fluent in Dutch verbally or in the written word is a plus.
• You are well organized and structured in your work. You can plan and set your own work targets and deliver on your objectives.
