Wlgroup in Mons, Belgium seeks an experienced security incident responder to join the operations team. You will participate in 24/7 incident response, coordinating with authorities, partners and internal teams to contain and recover from cyber threats.

Responsibilities include triage, containment, eradication, reporting, playbook development, dashboards, and SOP creation. The role values hands-on expertise, collaboration, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on incident response or adjacent fields such as digital forensics, threat hunting, or malware and network analysis.
• Solid grasp of computer and communications security, networking, and OS/app breakage points.
• Recent intrusion detection and response experience in an enterprise-scale team, ideally with MITRE ATT&CK.
• 3+ years in information and knowledge management, preferably security.
• Experience working with IT service management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; professional English.
• Vulnerability scoring (CVSS, SSVC) and coordinated disclosure.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or GIAC.

Responsabilités

• Run incident response — triage, containment, eradication, recovery — in normal hours and on call.
• Provide technical coordination and support to authorities, partners, and industry collaborators.
• Lead or support response teams across locations, including on operations and missions.
• Build and maintain taxonomy and portals content for the branch.
• Design and distribute reports, briefings, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain a live network of security peers for urgent action when needed.
• Identify and implement improvements to the response process as threats evolve.
• Write standard operating procedures and instructions covering incident response.
• Serve as the incident response expert in meetings and task forces.
