Job summary

NTek Software Solutions is seeking an experienced ICT Security Officer to support governance, assessment, and continuous improvement of the ISMS across office and industrial environments. The role requires 5+ years in ICT security, strong ISMS knowledge, and hands-on experience with ISO 27001/27002, NIST, and CIS.

Fluent Dutch or French and written English are required. You will work with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into actionable business requirements and help close security

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ICT Security and Functional Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ISMS and information security governance.
• Experience with ISO 27001/27002, NIST and CIS.
• Experience in requirements analysis, security documentation, impact analysis, and process improvement.
• Good understanding of application and infrastructure architecture.
• Ability to assess existing systems, identify security gaps and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication translating technical concepts into business requirements.
• Fluent Dutch or French and written English.

Languages: Dutch C1/C2 or French C1 or C2 and English

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ICT Security Officer to support the governance, assessment, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) across office and industrial environments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT Security and Functional Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ISMS and information security governance.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST, and CIS.
• Experience in requirements analysis, security documentation, impact analysis, and process improvement.
• Good understanding of application and infrastructure architecture.
• Ability to assess existing systems, identify security gaps, and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Fluent spoken Dutch or French and written English.

Nice to Have

• Experience as an ISO 27001 Auditor.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 and industrial/OT security environments.
