OSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our ICT team. You will manage ICT projects from initiation to completion using the ENGAGE methodology and collaborate with stakeholders to define plans, deliverables and quality controls.

The role requires at least 5 years in ICT project management, SDLC experience, and proficiency in English (C1) and French (B1 preferred). You will lead teams, manage changes, and report on project performance in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CAPM, PM2 or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of ICT project management experience.
• Experience with system development life-cycle (SDLC).
• Experience or literacy in AI applications related to the domain.

Responsabilités

• Manage ICT projects from inception to completion using ENGAGE methodology.
• Define strategies, plans, tasks and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and coordinate functional working groups.
• Estimate costs, timelines and resources; monitor progress and variances.
• Provide regular status reports and ensure quality and risk management.
