Editx in Belgium is seeking an experienced ICT procurement specialist to manage end-to-end procurement dossiers, from intake and market exploration to contract award and follow-up.

You will optimize ICT sourcing activities, focusing on total cost of ownership, quality and service levels, ensure compliance with public procurement legislation, drive continuous improvements, and support stakeholders through tender and negotiation trajectories.

• Manage ICT procurement dossiers from intake to contract award and follow-up.
• Optimize ICT procurement activities with focus on total cost of ownership, quality and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement legislation with legal and finance teams.
• Implement procurement strategies and drive continuous improvement in ICT sourcing.
• Negotiate commercial and financial conditions and evaluate supplier performance.
• Support and challenge internal stakeholders during tenders and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT procurement dossiers from intake and market exploration to contract award and follow-up.
• Optimize and monitor procurement activities within ICT domains focusing on Total Cost of Ownership, quality, and service levels.
• Ensure strict compliance with public procurement legislation in collaboration with legal and finance departments.
• Implement procurement strategies and drive continuous improvement within ICT sourcing processes.
• Negotiate commercial and financial conditions and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
• Support and challenge internal stakeholders during tender and negotiation trajectories.
