Qualifications

• Expertise in IT sourcing including software, SaaS, services, and outsourcing.
• Ability to work autonomously and hands-on.
• Excellent analytical, structuring, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement IT purchasing strategies for software, SaaS, IT services, and hardware.
• Support internal teams in formalizing needs and translating them into market documents.
• Manage public procurement procedures including publication, analysis, and award.
• Conduct supplier negotiations on local and international levels.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and public procurement legislation.
