Lensys is seeking a Senior ICT Business Analyst / Product Owner to drive the digital transformation of police operations, translating strategic intelligence into innovative tools that enhance public safety and operational efficiency.

In a hybrid Antwerp setting, you will own the product backlog, define vision, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders while ensuring security and privacy standards.

• Serve as a Senior ICT Business Analyst and Product Owner within the FOCUS team, combining deep analytical skills with a strategic product vision.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business needs for police operations, translating them into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
• Act as Product Owner in agile development processes, defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and prioritizing features to maximize value.
• Optimize existing police operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative digital solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather insights, align expectations, and drive collaborative decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of digital products.
• Contribute significantly to the overall innovation strategy of the Intelligence & Innovation department, exploring new technologies and methodologies.
• Ensure that all developed solutions comply with relevant security, privacy, and regulatory standards for public sector applications.
